REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the following policy, conditions, and process carefully as they outline important information and guidelines regarding your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase you make through us.

RETURN REQUESTS

Upon your purchase of products through the website, we accept returns on all products and orders except inner wears. If you wish to return a product or order, please initiate a return request by contacting us within 7 days from the date of receiving the products.

All return requests are subject to confirmation from our end regarding acceptance. Please await our confirmation before dispatching the products to us. Additionally, ensure that the products are returned to us within 15 days from the date of the confirmation email from us. Any delay in the return process may result in the cancellation of your return request.

To initiate a return request for your order, the product must:

  • Not be used
  • Contain original packaging, tags, and bills
  • Not be washed or tampered with

Please note that we do not cover any charges or costs incurred by you for shipping the products back to us.

Certain items are non-returnable due to their special features (inner wears). Additionally, all products purchased from the sale section or during a sale period are non-returnable.

For return requests, please email us at babyclosetindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We do not cover return shipping costs or offer reverse pick-up service.

PROCESSING OF REFUND

We offer refund within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Not be washed or tampered with
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

We will conduct a quality check process (product should not be used and should contain original packaging and bill) before processing the refund.

EXCHANGE

Exchange requests are permitted. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will send a confirmation email regarding the exchange and return of the product in your possession.

To receive a product in exchange, you must return the product to us as per the terms specified in the Return clause. Exchange requests will be processed only upon receipt of the product and confirmation after a quality check-up.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (babyclosetindia@gmail.com) and send your item to: (31-65, 3rd Floor, Sachin Kumar Vipin Kumar, Readymade complex, Pardesipura, Indore-452010, Madhya Pradesh, India).

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLATION

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing it.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order(s):

  • If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction,
  • If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction that does not comply with the Terms and conditions,
  • In case of service unavailability,
  • For any reason outside the Company’s control, including delivery-related logistical difficulties,
  • If the Company chooses not to do business with the User,
  • If a User is unavailable at the registered address at the time of delivery and cannot be contacted.

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any future orders placed by them.
